*Update-Meditation: 11-11-11 effects are not a wave any more, but a Tsunamis you can expect difficulties in meditation now, because of your subconscious is bring up out dated thoughts (They may address your emotions, your karma, and/or your past traumas) which are your third dimension thinking, and of no use to your new 5th dimensional thinking coming into being. They reshape and transform your inner being, because Energy is being sent down to the Earth. *You can go back to the first meditation once your sub consciousness is cleared.
**You will have to design your time period for meditation because of this is happening now, Example: 2 to 3 minutes twice a day. Not everybody will have the same time period.
* 1-Meditation (Is the “Key”) is for centering yourself. Start doing 5 minutes daily for first week then add 1 minute a day till you get to 15 minutes: you can go longer if you desire so, always at your own pace!! *Do it in the Mourning, about Half Hour from getting up. Your Mind will be Clear from many Thoughts, because you just woke up.*If you work different shifts, then map out a time frame for yourself or if you have Kids then do it before you go to Bed or you can Pray sitting down on a chair or in your car before you start it.
Development technique for meditation
The easiest way to begin is to sit in a chair with your spine straight. The arms should be resting gently on the thighs. The legs should be straight, not crossed. Your feet flat on the floor. Any crossing blocks the energy flow. This applies to all psychic development techniques unless otherwise specified stated. Remember to always be sure that the spine is straight when practicing.
Begin by taking several slow, deep breaths, inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth. Always breathe from the diaphragm as it allows for more oxygen consumption that breathing through the lungs. It is also less stressful on the heart. Since more oxygen can circulate freely through the bloodstream, it assists in achieving a deeper state of muscle relaxation. This is why all psychic development exercise requires deep breathing.
To breathe from the diaphragm, feel your stomach expand as you inhale. It will contract and flatten as you exhale. Note the shoulders do not rise up and down when you are breathing correctly. They will only rise if you are breathing from the lungs. This will enable the energy of the cosmos to flow freely and easily through the psychic centers, or chakras, as they are called.
*Meditate on these, by repeating these words silently in your mind:
-I live for love, I live for peace, I live for joy, I live for happiness.
When you breathe in begin stating one of these lines, and the next breath state the next line etc., then repeat this system, until your time is concluded, by your quiet alarm clock ringing.(You want a device that is not loud, so this doesn’t give you a jolt when it goals off.)*Give yourself one minute to regroup before you get up, by just opening your eyes before standing up.
*Meditation Technique to bring in more light into your body, by focusing on the Light coming down from the top of your head to your feet, using the prior procedure of meditation structure. Draw a picture of a body standing on the earth and try to visualize this close your eyes and picturing it. You can bring this picture with you anywhere to practice when you have extra time. You should sense the power of upliftment that it will bring and you will be helping Mother Earth if you channel the energy down, through your Crown Chakra and your body, directly into the Earth.
* Visualize the sun with your eyes closed (color of yellow a circle).Here is another exercise once you accomplish the first one; this consists of (two colors combination of Rose and Gold in a circle). Start with 3 minutes a day till? You will be starting your Occipital Lobe which has two parts: Primary and Secondary Cortex. This will heighten your Visional Capabilities.
*Visualize particles the size of a grain of rice attaching to your spine as you breathe in and energizing you.
Ascension Groups
* Like a stroke of an artist swiping his brush across a new canvas, starting with the heavy imprint to the faded area of the stroke from the artist brush in color level tones. With more brushstrokes from the artist more heavy imprints = more Advanced Lightworkers.

Ways to Correct your consciousness/personality/ego.

When your chest is light it is agreeing with your decision and when your chest tightens up your thinking wrong. You are a multi-dimensional being, components of mind, heart center, and emotions. * Your contribution does not have to be special, as long as it comes from the Heart and Soul.
*You should however by now be sufficiently discerning to be able to seek out the truth. If it does not bear the feel of truthfulness then you may conclude that it is false. As always trust your intuition, and if in doubt set it aside until you know one way or the other. You are not easily fooled but sometimes prone to re-act differently to fear laden predictions.

**How was the Universe created?
Our universe, the DERN Universe, was created by the „Big Bang“, a reaction of chemical elements which - by the way - are the same everywhere in the universe. All life forms, galaxies, suns and planets etc. are located in the fourth belt, the „solid belt“.
The universe consists of 7 different belts. In the „centre“ there is the „central core“ (German: „Zentralkern“), then follows the „elemental core“ („Urkern“), the third belt is the „core space belt“ („Ur-raumgürtel“), followed by the „solid belt“ („Festkörpergürtel“), the fifth belt represents the „transformation belt“ („Umwandlungsgürtel“). Then we have the „creation belt“ („Schöpfungsgürtel“) and finally the „ram belt“ („Rammgürtel“). The latter one is to be compared to something as a protection shield against outward influences and offences.
*This "idea" or "concept" consists of the purest spirit energy and contains everything it needs to become self-creating for itself from within itself. From a tiny energy ball the mere size of a flea, It creates within itself new, immense energies which become highly compressed until this process culminates in a monumental explosion - the Big Bang. The energies from this explosion initially shoot outward and then expanded for fractions of a second at 107000 times the speed of light, as they displace other universes in an effort to create Its own space among the uncounted other universes, or Creations, already in existence. Cellular changing ** Coffee percolator-is cells in your body changing. 1-coffee grinds is your new embodiment, your new life. 2-water in tube processes your cells changing slowly.3-coffee ready is your new Fine/Light body.

However, just of recent times you have begun to understand what has been going on around you. Without necessarily realizing what you were achieving by focusing on a different outcome, you have created an energy for change that has grown immensely and opened up a powerful time line to Ascension. You are correctly hearing of a world plan by many countries to topple the Illuminati, and present the world with a new system that creates a new deal where financial matters are concerned. It will remove the illegal structure and methods that have placed you in a debt ridden society that is in danger of collapsing. Having reached this point, if offers the very opportunity that can be taken to implement it. It will remove the burden that so many of you carry, and the hardships it is causing. More importantly it will enable wealth to be re-distributed, much of which has been acquired by criminal actions. You have been deliberately kept poor as a way of keeping you under control. Likewise you have also been kept ignorant of your status and history, which is why you are to be fully informed of your past and reason for being on Earth.
Life can be absolutely miserable, and lack the niceties that most other people have, but bear in mind that it is part of your experiences that you have undertaken. At different times you have lived in luxury and wielded power, but for balance in other lives you have experienced all different levels. In the ascension process you can still expect different dates of importance. These dates are guidance so you can expect different things in linear time frame. So for April 15, 2012 and May 8, 2012 for heightening energies on this planet, this will affect both of you. The Earth stages are still on track and the same amount of countries as in the previous message but there will be more countries in that timeframe. Yes subs and ships will not be able to travel as they do today, and it cannot be stopped ascension for the planet Earth! The dark ones are in great fear and everything is falling apart for them. The facts may not be readily available to you, but as the purge of the dark Ones continues you will learn more about it. Our allies along with our backing are progressing very well, and nothing will prevent ultimate success. For example although many attempts have been made to start a Third World War, they have been dealt with and as we have promised you all along, there will not be another war. That message is getting home to those who are the warmongers, and they realize that we are as good as our word. There have been a number of false flag incidents that have been controlled by us, so as to prevent the likelihood of a major confrontation. Some have been too big to be fully concealed, and some details do leak out. Be observant and you will undoubtedly pick up on some unusual reports.
Clearly we have no wish to engage in battles with the dark Ones, but we have the authority to act on your behalf to protect you. You have indicated your desire to enter a new era where war no longer takes place, and call for world peace. It we will be ensured and enforced if necessary, until those responsible for such heinous acts as war are no longer able to exercise such power. It is a Divine Decree that your cycle of duality ends with war having been totally eradicated, and peace having been firmly established. For too long your rights have been taken away, and the time has been reached for them to be totally restored. The old paradigm is now defunct, and will draw no more energy to sustain it any longer. A new day has commenced that will bloom into its magnificence with Ascension.
Dear Ones, in light of what we have told you about peace being established, please do not get caught up in fear as a result of the Middle East problems. There will be a sudden end to all confrontations, and those involved will see an event that allows for peace all round. There is no place any longer for nuclear weapons, and they have already been earmarked for destruction. The message is finally getting home that they will not be allowed to be used in any circumstances. Your governments have known about us and the ban on such devices for many years, and are finally realizing that we mean what we say.
We are here to ensure that the Light is supported in all possible ways, without interfering with the freewill choice of Humanity. The Galactic Federation are the peace keepers of the Universe, and where you find us you will find the Light at work. Nothing escapes our notice, and there are no hiding places that the Illuminati and their minions can use to avoid their fate. They have been offered a way out if they resign, but that does not mean they can get away with their crimes against Humanity. There are far greater powers than us who are involved in ensuring that justice is meted out.
The Galactic Federation has not been more active than it is at present, as the chaos and collapse of the old ways involves considerable cleansing of energies that have been dormant for ages. They will have no place in the higher vibrations that accompany Ascension, and indeed for that reason they cannot impose themselves upon it. The Laws of the Universe are sacred and apply all through it, and we are those who will make certain that they are carried out. It is why that with Ascension no souls can go forward with it unless their vibrations are compatible with it. The choice is still yours, but you must have reached a certain vibratory level to ascend. All souls will have known about it before they came into incarnation, and some of them have no desire to ascend, but wish to add this period in duality to their experience.
You are on the verge of experiencing an exciting period to see out the cycle of duality, and it will not really commence until you are allowed to live in peace and without fear. You will become free and with abundance and other benefits due to you, will feel a great wave of joy and happiness sweep across the Earth. We shall be openly with you and participate in your celebrations, because it will for you be an historic occasion. We can hear a big sigh of relief pass all around the world, as you enjoy a level of freedom unlike anything you have experienced for eons of time. Go about your daily travels with such thoughts in mind, and know that you do not have much longer to bear the present chaos.
You are going to learn more frequently about those guilty of crimes against you being forced to resign. Corruption and bribes are endemic in politics and big business, but that will change as in time only those who are trustworthy and honest will survive the cleansing. A stand is now taking place to root out those who have worked only for the betterment of self. In future there will only be souls of Light that will represent you and look after your interests. Such responsibilities should be considered a privilege and honor, and you do have people amongst you that would gladly serve you in this way.
All of you have spent so many lives on Earth to reach your present stage of evolution. Rich man, or poor man you have experienced all manner of challenges, and today you are much wiser and aware than when you first entered the lower dimensions. That is why so many of you are ready to ascend, as duality has nothing more to teach you, although the experience will serve you well in the future. So even if you are going through trying times now, it may well be the last time lessons in duality are placed before you. Even if you are comparatively young, you will nevertheless have had good reasons for experiencing the end times.
What would be the point in life if there was no apparent purpose to it. Surely without it there would be chaos and disorder and no real goal to aim for. Whereas it really flows along a divinely ordained path, that will lift Humankind up by giving every soul an opportunity to ascend. So within the chaos a plan for your evolution has almost been completed, to end this stage of it. Then you will enter another cycle at a higher vibration, with the aim of going even higher.

You have done so by focusing upon the Light, and bringing into being a great grid of Light that now surrounds the Earth. No longer do they have the negative energies to feed upon that have enabled them to come close to taking over the world.
Wherever the lower vibrations exist, they are being transmuted and taking away their ability to superimpose their will upon yours. You have spoken out loud and demanded beneficial changes that are now taking place, and so shall they continue until those of the Light take complete charge. Although the cleansing has only just begun, you are to be congratulated for your unyielding support, and you will soon see some tangible evidence of your success.
Each one of you has spent many lifetimes working towards this final year in the cycle of duality. There are some that are best forgotten, yet they have been part of the plan for your return to the Light. At all times God has been present and God’s assurance of the power of the Light to overcome the dark, has carried you through the darkest period in Humanity’s history. It may have felt at times that God had deserted you, but that was because you lost contact with the Source. Separation was as a real experience, yet at no time could you ever be truly separated. You and God are One, and you and all other life are One and it cannot be otherwise. As you lift upwards so you become more of the Light and with Ascension will shed the heaviness of the physical body. To be free is quite an exhilarating experience, and you will be literally re-born.
We ask you the Light workers to walk tall and consciously spread you’re Light wherever you go, so that when you come across a disturbance you can apply healing by simply being there. Be assured that your presence is uplifting to others, and you may notice that young children in particular can feel it, they often respond in a way that confirms their awareness. Your energy is of a healing nature, and no doubt some of you are regular healers in service to others.
With an ear to the ground, many of you are aware that banking fraternity is answering for their corrupt financial dealings. It is the commencement of more far reaching actions that shall ultimately remove the cancer that they have brought into your society. In trying to control the world’s wealth, they have unwittingly brought about their own demise. It has also led back to political persons who have benefitted from their crimes, and they also will be removed. Have no doubt that they will pay the price for what they have done, and coming governmental changes will ensure that your future representatives are above such acts, and are true and honest.
Until you learn how you have been manipulated and used by the dark Ones, you will have little idea of how far their tentacles reached. Even some judges who you may have thought were beyond bribery and corruption are involved. None shall escape as we know exactly who has been guilty, and have all the evidence that will convict them. Your societies will become cleansed and start again with people you know you can trust. They will be responsible for implementing new laws, and revival of the Constitution that upholds your rights. You will be freed from the many unjust laws that the dark Ones have brought in, and people unfairly imprisoned will be released. It sounds like a lot of time will be needed to bring it all about, but you shall be astonished at how quickly matters will move. We come nearer to that time when it shall commence in such a way, that you will know for certain what is taking place.
The Galactic Federation has had much experience in helping civilizations to pass through Ascension, although yours is a bigger challenge. Never before have had both the people and the Earth ascended together, but there is absolute confidence that it will successfully take place. You should feel quite pleased to be the ones who are on Earth at such a wonderful occasion. The significance of it all will not be lost on anyone, as to have such an experience is quite unique. We shall be eagerly watching the whole process, ready welcome the latest members of the Galactic Society.
There is no going back unless of course you choose to do so, and some souls will want to keep their links with those who are staying in the lower dimension, although they could have gone through. From here on it is all gain, and a continual outpouring of Light will continue to guide you ever onwards and upwards. The energy of the Earth is rising to new Heights and this will affect all the people on the planet Earth. You’ll start to notice more joy and happiness in people in the coming months as in April and May 2012. This will lead to a more balanced society and things will start to pick up at a faster pace because the new star nation will have a firm base meaning things will develop faster in the future months that! This will lead to the introduction of nonhuman beings (Angelo will have a chance to meet GSLXUUTUSKGU and Allendale for the first time, he’s Smiling). There are many things on this planet that will change even more so than Angelo has on his structure on the other website, even he cannot imagine these changes, you will be surprised with such joy and happiness of these changes!! So it is now left to our Allies to create such pressure on your Government that they will ultimately have to give in to your request for the truth to be acknowledged where we are concerned. Both your Government and Military are well aware that in one way or another, our presence will soon be made known if only because we are in conflict with those who refuse to make peace, and instead create war. It can commence as soon as the media decide to allow the truth to be put into print, and that outright lies and false information are rejected. There are some moves towards such changes but it is not fast enough for us, so strong pressure will be applied until the breakthrough occurs. We along with you have waited patiently for a long time to see the dark Ones move aside and allow the New Age to begin. The Galactic Federation will consider direct action if the impasse remains much longer. They know that we have already done where their underground bases are concerned, and that we mean business when we decide to act. Furthermore, they do not have the means to thwart our plans any longer, as the Light is formidable when used for the good of all.
Like you, we want to see quick progress and not continual delays, and we intend to make sure things begin to happen that everyone will be aware of. There is much in progress and it is creating openings for our allies, and we are encouraging them to step in and take them. Be assured that results are going to come to your notice, and it will be the time when you will absolutely know the countdown to Ascension has started. That you have a date for the completion of this cycle is wonderful, as it means you have something to set your sights upon as you count the days that remain. The people that front the freedom movements that press for release from the old ways of dictatorship are really the pioneers that have set the scene for even greater achievements. All changes have to commence somewhere and sometime, and from small beginnings the Light shall take over from the dark and deliver the promises made to you.
Sit tight yet not in tension as all is well and you will find that all of a sudden a whole series of events will take place, clearly showing you that your expectations are being fulfilled. We protect you and Mother Earth and have done so for millennia of time, and shall continue to do so. It will be more obvious when we can finally meet with you openly, and when we can it should be a most enjoyable change of direction for you. To know that you are finally safe from the attentions of the last cabal will bring a rush of joy and excitement, and a great time acting out the final plan for your Ascension. For some time now whether or not you have personally realized it, your consciousness levels have grown and that process is speeding up until you acquire full consciousness. It is another area of development that we shall help you with as soon as it is possible.
When you think of what is planned for you, we hope it lifts up your hearts and you spread the feeling of happiness it should bring you. Naturally those souls that have remained with closed eyes and ears where Ascension is concerned, will be the ones confused and even frightened of the changes for which they have not made preparations. They deserve the same attention and help as anyone else, so that they may also leave duality on Earth in the knowledge of where their future lies. This experience will achieve much in time, as it will remain in their subconscious memory until it can serve them again. They certainly will not have to start at the bottom of the ladder again. Like any other soul they will progress because it is impossible to stand still, as even if it is not perceptible, everything is in state of change and is the one constant in the Universe.
In the future you will have much more knowledge and understanding of the Universal Laws, and with full consciousness you will have no problem in adhering to them. It can all be summed up by living from a point of Unconditional Love, and although a great challenge in your present circumstances it will become easier as you ascend. Dear Ones try to live to your highest understanding of what it is to be an ascended being, and you will soon find out how far you have progressed. Bear in mind that All Is One and that should help you overcome most difficulties you are likely to encounter. We say that because many you of you have been brought up to think of people, in little boxes that have labels on them rather than see one complete Human Family. You are not expected to reach perfection now indeed that would be extremely difficult until you reach a much higher level of consciousness.
For those of you who like to keep abreast of what the different sources are reporting, you might have noticed that there is slowly a convergence of information taking place. That is a sure sign that the time lines are beginning to come together, but you will still find some that are more extreme than others. Those who uphold religious beliefs tend to be on their own, as they feel bound by the apocalyptic prophesies of their ancient teachings. Many are no longer applicable as they were given at a time when they seemed possible, but events since have changed the outcome. This year will sorely test their beliefs, but obviously like anyone else they have a future of their own creation.

*You are witnessing the beginning of the end of all that has held you back, so that you can take the quantum leap forward that comes with Ascension. It has taken a long time to get to this exact moment, to enjoy the success of all ours and your endeavors. It was inevitable regardless of what the dark Ones did to stop our progress, and in the end they laid themselves open to defeat because of their immense greed and arrogance. Not even money can buy them their way out of the collapse of their empire, which is now about to come apart. It obviously has not gone unnoticed, and it is giving confidence to people who have stories to tell that will reveal the truth. Changes have suddenly started to speed up, and you can expect them to continue from here on. Sometimes you might pinch yourself to make sure it is really happening, as they will take your breath away. Always look for the positive aspects of change, which are often more in the way of "clearing the decks" ready for the new to come in.
Now that the sorting out of people who are not fit to serve you has begun, it will extend to all areas of life. Politicians are by and large unreliable and prone to break their oath to serve you the people. They are already under scrutiny and will soon be subject to removal where they have committed criminal acts. Provisional governments will be put in place where necessary, and control will be given to those who have proved worthy of such responsibility. We do not expect much resistance to the changes, as we have the absolute proof we need to go ahead and there can be no argument about it. If necessary, we can go back in time to prove a point, so you will realize why we can be so confident. It means that we do not have to resort to force to accomplish our goals.
The financial situation is still very fluid, but lurches from one problem to another. Whatever is done there will no way of returning to the old ways, and certain currencies will collapse forcing changes that will be welcomed. It will all be part of the end of old systems that allowed much fraudulent activity and obscene profits made. Profit is not as you might say "a dirty word", but it should reflect a fair reward for services given. A small number of people have acquired most of the wealth of the world, leaving millions poor and many on less than survival wages. Do not doubt for one moment that it will remain as such because abundance is coming, and the standards of living will be greatly increased. Sharing will be the order of the day, and with ever increasing levels of consciousness people will easily change their approach to one another. Deep within you are loving Beings, that will quickly sweep away the present dogmas, and false differences that have been keeping you apart.
See everyone as like yourself and accept that it should not be any different, as you all originally came from the Source of All That Is. Each of you has had many lives living according to different creeds and religious orders. You have moved between many different cultures, and that has been part of your necessary experience to bring you back into the Light. It is best to acknowledge the beauty that lies in the differences that lead to so many varied experiences that are the building bricks of your consciousness. Indeed, you might consider that there would be no point in living with duality unless it presented you with all manner of challenges for your growth.
Over millennia of time Humans have created so much anger and hatred amongst themselves that sub consciousness memories of the reasons are still very much held by them. This has led to racial tension and the cabal has played upon it to keep you at one another's throats. Often the black man has been looked upon as a lesser Being and as illiterate, yet that was intended by the dark Ones as they deliberately denied him real educational opportunities. They knew that it would make them easier to take into slavery, and for hundreds of years exploited that situation. Your enthusiasm for sports has however partly overcome the problem, as you have what you call "an equal playing field" where the black man has excelled in them. It has helped people to accept the rights of all races to be treated equally.
Even in this closing period of duality everyone can still learn a lot, as the circumstances will still throw up challenges to test your resolve to be as one who is living the Light. With so many revelations coming out you need to be on your guard, as it would be only too easy to be judgmental. By all means speak about matters, but do it from an impersonal angle without empowering it with your emotional energy. Remember as we have informed you on a number of times, you do not know another souls life plan or why they have chosen their experiences. In the higher Spirit worlds souls are of a vibration that gives no energy to judgment or condemnation, they hold the love vibration and it is not in their way of thinking.
Dear Ones, you gone through a lot throughout the cycle of duality, and it is now time to rise above it and dissolve any links you have with it. Move firmly into the Light and live it by being compassionate and loving where all life is concerned. It is not as difficult as you may think, and many of you do it without really giving it any thought. When it becomes second nature to you, you will know you are well on the way to completion and Ascension. You will become more like the Being you were, before you stepped down into the lower vibrations. That should feel natural to you as it is your true state of being, as a spiritual Being. As such you may find that you experience lightness as though you are walking on air, and a peace and calmness that is bliss.
The Galactic Federation draws closer and is in readiness to allow more sightings of their craft. Certain events indicate that you are rapidly growing more accepting of our presence, and are encouraged by seeing our craft. Before very long, we will be everywhere and sightings will become commonplace. We will be coming and going with the business of helping you with the advent of new technologies that will lift your standard of life and remove long lasting problems. As you as a collective reach certain points along your journey, you will find you will begin to recognize many signs and symbols that have been placed before you either by the light or the dark.
Just because a symbol has been inserted into your environment by agents of the dark, it does not necessarily denote an evil attempt to control you or manipulate you.
Take for example the many signs and symbols utilized by those of your secret societies, including the Illuminati and the Freemasons. You will find many of their signs and symbols are not of their construct at all, but are in fact ancient symbols denoting many different sacred powers and structural aspects of your reality.
Many symbols possess within them activation codes and the ability to awaken once dormant powers or memories within a being. Many of these symbols are being used at this time to do just that; awaken many souls who are yet asleep as we quickly approach the time when all souls will be awakened.
The awakening process all of you are currently experiencing, or will soon experience, has been planned meticulously to be as smooth and gentle a process for you as is possible. We wish not to shake you violently out of your dreamlike states, as this sudden awakening can be quite damaging to your energy systems.
Those of you who are awakened today are leaders of your fellow man. You have demonstrated that it is you that are suited for and prepared to begin to receive your activations that will return your memories to you of who it is you truly are and all the memories that have been stored within your memory banks before your current incarnation into the physical.
All your cherished memories have been safely preserved for you and will be returned to you at the appropriate time. This time is approaching rapidly and we see many of you making great strides towards this day by clearing your no longer needed and burdensome lower dimensional thought forms, habits and tendencies.
We would be very pleased to see many more of you begin to do this, and we of the Galactic Federation of Light will continue to display the signs and symbols of ancient design that will assist you in these processes.
You may wish to not always assume that if a symbol is of an esoteric nature that it is being used by the dark for evil purposes. Most of these esoteric symbols are birthed from the higher realms, and it is here in the higher realms where the polarity of good and evil, light and dark, does not exist. There are those symbols displayed by the dark at this time and all throughout their reign; however, this hidden language is not of their own manifestation and has only been borrowed by them.
What these symbols stand for and what powers of creation they possess is up to you to learn and understand for yourself, and today this information is readily available to all throughout the Internet and bookstores and libraries as well. We suggest to you not to be afraid or shun these symbols, but to learn about them and discover their true meanings and origins. You will find many of them possess no ill intent or dark powers of any kind.
Looking ahead now to our plans to return you to full consciousness, we see many of you rather excited for this day. We will proceed as slowly and cautiously as is possible, and as such will attempt to give you clues along the way to help better ease you back to this remembrance and not to rush you in any way.
The realization of who you are and what lives you have left behind may be rather startling for many of you, and we will do our best to make this as gentle and fun a process for you as we can. We feel many of you already have come to the firm realization that your present incarnation is not your first incarnation.
We are very pleased to see this, as this milestone is surely the most important as we begin the process of returning you to full consciousness. We would even say that this step is essential to your memories being returned you.
We see that it would be quite a shock to many of you if your memories of your prior existence were returned to you when you had no idea they existed in the first place. Preparing yourself with the understanding that many of you not only have a prior history but a lengthy history going back many thousands of years is a very healthy start to these necessary proceedings.
Another valuable understanding at this time is that we of the higher realms are not strangers to you at all, as all of you have connections, friends and family, that have remained within the higher dimensions while you journeyed ‘down’ into the physical realm of the third dimension.
Understanding this will alleviate much of the fear and anxiety some of you are feeling and many more of you will succumb to in the days ahead. To believe that your loved ones who have been guiding you and protecting you throughout all your physical incarnations would sit idly by as negative beings interfered with your journey at any point is without reason or sound conception, and we see this belief as entirely fear-based due to uninformed opinion.
Please assist us as we assist you spread this information far and wide. There are many channels and sources of this type of liberating information and we wish to see this information at least available to all who may, or may not, choose to at least familiarize themselves with it. This is all we ask as we cannot force anyone to read our words or to believe them upon reading. This is the sacred right of all souls, and all must be permitted to choose their own path and awaken according to their own schedule.
Although we would very much like to move ahead with our many plans and projects, we cannot rush those who are not yet ready for such revelations that have the power to do damage to certain individuals.
There are so very many of you who have achieved very different levels of consciousness and we must cater to those who have yet awakened as it is these souls who are susceptible to damage caused by the sudden shock of such information. All is proceeding very well however, and our plans are proceeding on schedule thanks to our many Light workers in the field who are helping spread the word of all that is transpiring in your world.
Each of you have your own areas of expertise and knowledge, and we are quite pleased at the coverage of so many different areas of these many different processes and subjects that all deserve their recognition as they each hold a place of relevance at this point in your collective, as well as individual journey. Please keep up the fine work you are all doing, and soon you will reap the benefits of all your labors.
We continue to see the removal of the fighting forces of the Cabal and their destructive machines, and we are also pleased to share with you that the plans to eradicate them from your reality are also proceeding perfectly according to our prearranged schedule. We see no delays or problems in this regard, and it will not be much longer until they have not one space fighter left available to them.
The Cabal had amassed quite a force of space fighters and other space travel related crafts as their financial resources were virtually limitless due to their pilfering of the people of your world for centuries. This is the kind of wealth that will soon be returned to you, the people of Earth, upon the initiation of your new financial system in the days ahead.
We understand that many of you are struggling today as your world economy crumbles under its own bloated weight, and say to you your new system will be yours; there will be no denying this.
At this time, many men and women of your world work tirelessly on this new system based on abundance and equality, and we do see the many obstacles standing in the way of its implementation being removed on a daily basis. Upon the arrest of many members of the criminal Cabal, we see the biggest obstacle being removed, and we then see your new system coming online soon afterwards.
As we have said, much counts on the removal of your criminal Cabal, and much of our efforts are geared towards this process. They will be removed, and much is also transpiring behind the scenes on this front as well.

We have invested many long years of planning and many in the implementation of the operation, and we will never let anything jeopardize our mission and our success in any way. *We have a lot of things to do. Each of you has his part to play in the role of your end times and your journey as a planet and people through ascension. We have outlined previously what we must get done together, and these projects must get underway very soon.
What these projects will mean for the people of your world is incalculable, and beneficial to all across you globe.
We, the Galactic Federation of Light, would like to get started immediately and we require the assistance of the people of your world to help us gain acceptance by those who either have yet no idea of who we are and those who have allowed fear to convince them that we are here for destructive purposes.
You are our agents in the field who can reach these people. It is you that can allow them to see a clearer picture of us and what we do. Your task is not an easy one, and many will shun your attempts to show them an alternative view to our presence here. Their reaction will be fear-based, and as we have said all along it is fear that is, and has always been your greatest enemy.
It is fear that caused so many of you to give your power over to those who only wish to enslave you, and it is fear that caused you to support their military campaigns and allow them to stockpile vast amounts of weapons, and because of this we, that is you and us, have to deal with the tasks now of removing the ones you have empowered and also safely remove their weaponry which is scattered and hidden all over, within, and above your planet.
This is no easy task but we, along with our Earth allies, are seeing to this task and we ask you, our Lightworkers, to complete your assignment to the best of your abilities.
You are being asked at this time to help spread the word of our arrival and of our peaceful intentions. You are being asked to spread the news of the pending arrests of those of your criminal Cabal who have evil plans for humanity.
This is what you are being asked to do at this time. We see much activity on your Internet social networks, but we also see much time being wasted with matters not mentioned above. Fear-based discussions consume much of the time of so many of you, as well as comical posts and discussions, and we ask you could you have better utilized this time to make a difference in your world?
How many souls could you have reached out to in the time spent copying and pasting that silly photograph or story that is unrelated to the vital matters at hand?
We see so many reading these words and we do see some of you taking action, but not nearly enough of you. Have we not assured you that this is why you are here? So many of you hear these words and you also feel these words as there is no denying they resonate with you and something inside you tells you this is the truth, yet you fail to respond to your calling.
What is it? Is it the fear of ridicule? Do the words of those that you know are un-awakened and sleepwalking really bother you that much? Why? Do you not believe our words when we tell you that all will see soon enough that you spoke the truth and that you are a leader of your fellow man?
This is your shining moment. You are the hero of the moment, yet you do not respond. Is it fear of reprisals from the dark ones that keep you from sharing our messages and news of imminent arrests? Ask yourself how many of your fellow Lightworkers have been harmed in any way. Ask yourself why our channels are permitted to freely and safely continue to share our words. Why do so many of you still give your power over to another? Why do you empower those that wish to control you by feeding them power they do not themselves possess without your generosity? This is the question before you today.
So many of you are waiting for action, for arrests to be broadcast through your television sets and for the landings of our ships and we tell you again today that it is we that are awaiting you. We tell you that the arrests are imminent, for indeed they are; we only share the truth with you.
They are imminent because it is you that is so close. It is you that only need to push through the last few inches of a concrete wall that only months ago was twenty feet thick. We say again, time is running short and we need to begin our many vital projects together. Push through the last few inches of that wall and let us get underway changing your world for the better.
It has been such a long time for many of you when you realized your world needs vast changes, and we know many of you thought that they would never come as so many of your friends, family, coworkers and strangers alike could not see what you saw so clearly. We tell you now that they can see clearly today, but it is you that must paint the picture for them to see.
If you do, they will see. They can now see, but what do they see now that their eyes are opening for the first time in eons? They see stories of chemtrails, of assassination conspiracies, of alien abductions, of shape shifting reptilians, of ghosts and apparitions, of conspiracies on every conceivable level, yet they do not see news of the imminent arrests of the Cabal and that we are here and that we wish to reunite with you, our family from long ago. We wish to see this. Your brothers and sisters need to see this. Can you allow them to see this?
It was understood by each one of you, our trusted Lightworkers that your task would not be an easy one, but that is why it was you that were chosen for this assignment. We knew you could get the job done, and many of you have gotten this job done not once, but many times before and we know you will get the job done once again.
Moving towards discussions of our ongoing battle with these dark ones, we are again happy to report that their fighting forces continue to go down one by one, minute by minute. They no longer possess any of their advanced weaponry that at one time slowed our progress as we had to carefully maneuver around their ‘minefields’ while taking out their space fighters.
Today, their hazardous weaponry has been dismantled, and we enjoy the luxury of removing their space fighters at will according to our schedule. The forces of the dark will present no problem to us or to you when it is time to move ahead with the next phase of our joint operation. Again, we wish to make it clear that you are not waiting on us; we are waiting on you and your progress.
As we have said, agreements have been reached with a certain number of your media outlets and news of the arrests of the criminal Cabal and of our presence will be made available to the people of your world. This will be a milestone in our campaign, and will be a tremendous boost to our combined efforts. It does not have to be explained to many of you how important your media is to this effort, and we assure you at this time that your media will cooperate.
We have a meticulous plan to bring the news of our presence to many of your world, and we see this plan succeeding in every way towards this goal. We are anxious to get underway with this phase of the operation as are many of you. We do see this day approaching and it is drawing very near.
We ask you again to set the table for these events to unfold by sharing the news of the pending arrests and what your people can expect after the path has been cleared for our arrival. You will be free to build your world anyway you see fit, and all will proceed democratically according to a fair and proper vote. We will assist you in the formation of your new leadership, but after its inception, it is all up to you. This is your world, and you will be free to make your own decisions. Remain aware however, that what has transpired here throughout your history will never be permitted to happen again.
The atrocities and the violence were only permitted here in the name of research, to find ways to better design and build new worlds throughout this universe, but after this experiment is completed, much of what has happened here will not be permitted to ever happen again. Much has been learned from this experiment and your efforts here, and many new alliances and friendships have been forged. The information derived from this experiment is invaluable, and we thank each and every one of you for your participation in this grand endeavor.
This entire universe has, and will continue to benefit greatly from what has been accomplished here, and your planet and her people will be hailed for many eons to come for their service to the sacred cause of creation.

We of the Galactic Commands have said to you time and again that the events that so many of you wish to experience are within your grasp, but it is you as a collective that must choose to experience these events, and it is you that will make them a reality. The reason for this would appear to you to be a mundane reason, legal reason, technical issue, political issue and so on, but the catalyst behind these apparent reasons would be nothing but mundane, it would be because you as a collective chose to no longer manifest this reality.
This is important to understand today as so many of you, our Lightworkers who were chosen to be here to help manifest a new reality for this planet and her people, choose to sit by and wait for events to happen for them, instead of making events happen by them.
Do you see and understand the difference? We see many of you asking for us to make ourselves known to you, to offer you proof of our existence and our intentions by placing this proof in your hand, but we tell you again we cannot reach your hand until you create the circumstances that will facilitate this meeting.
We ask you at this time to get more involved, to refrain from demanding proof, and make your chosen reality your reality. Choosing is not nearly enough at this time, you must also act to see your chosen reality manifest. Will you begin to take action? That is the question we pose to you today.
So many wait on you and your fellow Lightworkers to get your job done. So many eyes are upon you as we await you to spread the news of our existence and of our peaceful intentions. So many eyes are upon you as we await you to inform your brothers and sisters of the imminent arrests of the members of the criminal Cabal and what these arrests mean to them, yet we see on a daily basis so many of our trusted family members wasting valuable time sharing in their social networks every kind of unrelated content.
We tell you the time for sharing this kind of irrelevant information has passed, and it is now time to focus, focus dear ones at the tasks at hand. We ask you to set the table for the arrests of the criminal Cabal that will then open the door for our arrival.
Will you do that? Will you complete this part of your mission? Would you give your undivided attention to this assignment until this part of your assignment is complete?
Moving on to our side of the operation, we are again very pleased to report that the numbers of the Cabal’s space fighting forces is dwindling down to nothing. Soon they will be bereft of any space capabilities, and this will be a very important milestone for us to reach. Once entirely free to safely travel through the space surrounding your planet, we then can proceed with advanced phases of our space operations.
As we have said, we will now increase the frequency and the quality of the sightings of our craft all throughout your world. The United States will also begin to receive more flyovers of our craft as well, as the numbers of those military units who stubbornly remain aligned with the Cabal are also quickly dwindling. As we have said, these units who refuse to comply with your new system will be dealt with just as their counterparts of the space commands have been dealt with.
Their days are numbered as well, and soon they will face the consequences of their choice. There can be no other way for them, as they will not be permitted to wriggle out of what they have created for themselves at the last moment. It will not be permitted to work like that. Not this time.
The men and women of your criminal Cabal also face justice for their actions, and they now see this as inevitable. How abruptly their visions of their futures and of the prison planet they hoped to create have changed.
Do you see dear ones how quickly your reality can change once suitable choice, intent, and action are applied? As recent as even a few months ago, the leaders of your Cabal still believed the future of their prison planet was inevitable and nothing or no one could stop it. Some even spoke of this publicly, arrogantly boasting to the face of the public that was to be enslaved.
Today, the members of the Cabal sit and wait for their time to be led away in handcuffs, taken into custody to face justice at the hands of those they wished to enslave. No longer will you hear them speak of their New World Order. It is now time for the people to have their say.
Do you see how quickly your reality can change? Do you see what you can all do when you set out to change your reality? There is nothing you cannot accomplish together by applying a few principles of manifestation. Today, do you wish to see the arrests of these criminals? Today, do wish for us to begin our landings? Then make it happen. You know how it’s done.
For those of you who have been working so hard on the tasks at hand, we thank you and applaud your efforts. For those of you who will now begin to undertake these tasks we thank you as well, as your participation is invaluable at this time. You will get the job done. We have faith in each and every one of you. That is why you are here.
Looking towards the days ahead, we see these arrests that are so important to this operation making their way to the general public through your news media. There are many members of your criminal Cabal who have begun to cooperate fully with the ongoing investigations. Many more arrests are now being scheduled, and the number of those that will be taken into custody grows by the day. Soon your world will be purged of all that is dark and these arrests are nearly the beginning, as your new Earth will be pure in light, and darkness will not abound anywhere in your new home.
Continue to apply the pressure on these dark ones by spreading the news of their imminent demise and just as importantly, what these arrests mean to the people of your planet. You all should know what these arrests will signify, and again we would be very pleased to see you celebrate this momentous event as this too will have an important impact on the people of your world.
It is important your brethren see these arrests as good news and not more of the same bad news that is paraded in front of them daily by your news media. Your news media will also be experiencing many great changes in the days to come, and also how your news is brought to you.
Today, your news media is nothing more than a tool to enslave you through mind control programming and propaganda, mixed with paid advertisements camouflaged as news stories. This will change. Once we are free to begin our landings and more personally interact with you, we, with the assistance of our Earth allies, will be speaking to you through your media and we will have a lot to talk about.
There is so much ground to cover and so little time left to cover it, that we will be making our presentations available to all who wish to listen twenty four hours per day on certain networks, and broadcast to you information pertaining to our mission and also the important changes occurring in your world. Many of you will also be working with us at that time, and coverage of our working relationship will also be shared with those of your world.
This is important, as it is vital to our overall mission that as many of your world as possible understand our peaceful intent and accept us in their world as we assist you make the many necessary changes to allow your ascension into the higher realms to proceed as smoothly as is possible. That is the goal of our mission, and with your assistance we will achieve that goal, and every man, woman, and child on the planet will benefit greatly from our efforts together.
There are many changes up ahead for you and we will detail for you what these changes are and how best we can together proceed through them. As we have said, there are yet challenges for you in the days ahead, and these challenges will test your will and determination greatly. You have throughout your many incarnations faced many different challenges, and the challenges for you up ahead may be as great as any you have faced before. With the Cabal safely out the way, we will be able to work with you, and together we will persevere through these difficult times and meet our challenges head on. Together we will succeed, and for this your reward shall be great and it shall be well earned.
There are many projects we must accomplish together and some of these projects will require great numbers of you to work with us to accomplish our goals. Your host planet has suffered much damage due to pollution, and much of this pollution is radioactive in nature.
This radioactive waste must be purified, and we will have many teams assigned to this task, covering every square mile of your planet. You will have nothing to be concerned about regarding your safety either in the short term or the long term, as we have many qualified men and women who will train each of you in this field.
We have highly advanced technology that will enable you to get this job done, and we see many of you will be eager to undertake this assignment. We have specially designed ships for this type of work, and each of you will be assigned a ship and you will join a crew for this undertaking.
We also have pressing matters to attend to involving your planet’s magnetic fields, as these must be returned to their pristine condition. Many of you will also be working in this area, and you as well will receive training from highly qualified personnel within our organization. We also have specialized craft for this field as well, and you will be properly schooled in all the different types of craft that make up our vast fleets and what these crafts have been designed for.
As we have said, many of you will go on to become official members of the Galactic Federation of Light, and we look so forward to being able to meet personally with many of you and discuss your futures with us.
There are many more projects as well that must be accomplished before your ascension into the higher realms, and these projects will be discussed with you at length and detailed to you in the near days ahead. At that time, you can make your intentions known that you are interested in a position and which project you would prefer to be assigned. We will also discuss with you the opportunity to become a full member of our organization and what that will entail as well.
We feel many of you will be very excited to begin your new careers with us, and as we have said, many of you are already members in full standing of the Galactic Federation of Light and your memories of this and of your past will be safely returned to you at the appropriate time. All of you would do well to prepare yourselves for quite a surprise, as your journey has been considerably longer than your current and relatively brief incarnation on Earth.
We see many of you being overjoyed upon the return of your cherished memories, and we look so forward to this day as well as you all have friends and family that have missed you greatly while you have been away on assignment.
Carry on now with your current assignments and together we will accomplish our tasks at hand and meet in the middle for our family reunion and see to the successful accomplishment of our mission.

*Reaching the year 2012 is a power point for your mass consciousness. It was revealed in your antiquity and carried through your ages as a focal point for change.
The dissemination of this information, in your most recent history, through your ubiquitous electronic communications, has created an energy gestalt around this point greatly augmenting its power in support of the predicted transformation.
Arriving at this year in your world’s progress, has released this accumulated energy with an explosive force that will speed the integration of the new reality patterns into your world consciousness more swiftly than the already hyper accelerated time flow you are experiencing.
This force is rattling the foundations of so many individuals, institutions, and specificity grouped masses. Beliefs, life values, cultural constructs and the entire mosaic of life on Earth are being shaken up.
The first rush of this energy of change can be disorienting or uplifting, frightening or hardly noticed at all, depending on how, when, and where you are receiving it.
The next phase of the transformation will involve the processing and integration of these changes, allowing them to find their own level and expression through each world aspect including each human individual.
As the energies shake themselves into a comfortable position, they will begin to express their characteristics through all elements of your world consciousness. What are their characteristics?
You know them by heart: Peace, love, harmony, balance, equality and freedom from disease, poverty and violence. If you look at history, especially anecdotal human remembrances (like, ask your grandmother about her world in terms of opportunities, values, and beliefs), you will see that you have been moving toward this transformation with firm steps through the past century.
Prior to that, there were significant high points in which stellar seeds of light were downloaded into your known history: Ancient Egypt, the Golden Age of Greece, the Renaissance, the Age of Enlightenment, the creation of the American democratic stencil, and many pinnacles in other civilizations that seeded your history with bright light.
These light-times seeped into your world consciousness and incrementally moved you to this point of ascension and a whole new level of consciousness
We are aware that you have some disagreements regarding the numerical designations for your ascension. From our point of view, these numbered density designations are illusions demanded by your linear model of reality.
When viewed from a “higher” point of view, the numbers assist you in grasping a progression that is actually a multidimensional integrated element of time-free eternity. In your current reality, it is extremely difficult, actually impossible, to communicate with you without using time or numerical progression-oriented vocabulary.
We will give you our view on your numerical designations. What you call 4D is what we see as the astral or etheric plane that surrounds you, the level to which you ascend after death. On this plane you are freed of many of the restraints of 3D life. However, until you move on to other after life growth levels, you are still an extension of and related to the Earth world culture you have known.
This 4D level is now becoming more accessible to the conscious perceptions of your average Earth resident. Initially, it is through psychics who have an open pipeline to after death levels. And the material is disseminated through your mass media. But, it has always been a part of Earth consciousness, from the earliest cultures, in the belief in an afterlife, which has been called by many different names.
We consider 4D a passing-through level leading to your 5D ascension target. There are other density levels involved and available in this growth spurt, but it would complicate things to bring them in now. We wish to support the intellect you currently depend on for your perceptions of reality.
Once again, from our point of view, the density numbers are arbitrary. You could choose any designations you wish. You might substitute names of fruit to symbolize different levels of growth. Out of banana density and into mango! We are being silly. But we use this to defuse the intense seriousness you attach to these labels and your insistence on absolutes. We do honor your current need for there to be designations that separate the levels of your growth, until you don’t need them any longer, and your mental accommodations are unified.
The energies of 2012 are activating and radiating ascension awareness. We will tell you a story about a drama unfolding in which the Powers of Creation (that includes the big YOU) are manifesting a complete 5D replica of your planetary world, including you as an individual.
The dimensionally shifted replica is gently merging with your 3D/4D model and transmuting it. This is like a film technique in which two similar images overlay each other. One image, though similar, is significantly altered. They merge until the altered one becomes dominant, then, is all that is.
We are giving you this imagery to help you accommodate what is happening. You will hear many different descriptions of this transformational process – absorb them all and hopefully you’ll form a picture of your own that will give you support. The time of authorities and gurus is coming to an end. An individual who “knows” will share with an individual who needs to know, in order to spread the learning. You need to take responsibility for your own ascension.
Your 5D aspect operates from a different reality perspective, which, in turn, operates through different values and different relationships with other elements of the same ascended level. We are encouraging you to consider more unified perspectives as you allow your mind to range over the whole ascension landscape. Unified perspectives are inherent to 5D reality reading.
The next bridge to cross beginning this year and into the future involves integrating all the new levels of perception with your current “old world” levels of reality. You can expect that these integrations will emerge within the life activities of the individual. Perhaps you are a physician, an internist.
You are highly dependent on a wide range of tests to validate your diagnoses. As your upgrade in consciousness begins to surface in your life, you might begin to see flashes of a patient’s aura, and then a more steady auric view. As your ability grows, you observe different colors that surround parts of the body and how this light gives you information regarding different organs. This skill would greatly enhance your work as a diagnostician.
Another person, in a totally different position in life, might begin to develop psychokinesis or clairvoyance or directing energy from their hands for everything from growing better produce to healing the sick. Generally speaking, these parameters of your expanded levels of consciousness will be well beyond the ones with which you currently operate.
Though the acquisition of new perceptions and abilities is intriguing, it will flow from the surfacing of an entirely new way of using your brain – a new way of thinking. This new thought will be the foundation on which your ascended world will be built. However, we cannot describe this thought process for you. It is something you will have to experience and define for yourselves, as it is happening.
Your world is undergoing a delicate transformation, rather than an explosive one. That is the current intent of the big YOU. Change entails as many losses as gains and the losses are often very painful. Unnecessary grief can hold you back. You need some kind of vision of what will replace your old 3D world and self.
We have endeavored to reassure you that the new ascended self will blend in with the old self in ways that experience life as joyful and create a unified living experience that is positive, satisfying and enriched, based on the old life, but different!

The ascension phase is ahead of its time and this will keep on going and will build up more steam as more people start to awaken. This energy is rising faster than we expected and the dark energies around your planet Earth are being transformed now! This will lead to more criminal activities coming to the forefront now in many countries and will lead to more arrests in the banking system and also to happen very soon government official’s arrests. So as you can see March 2012 will be a very important month which will start the next phase of your ascension progress, leading to new structures starting to develop. This of course will lead to new technologies coming into the open.
